We are spiritual beings living a human experience. Your brain thinks and your physical body is a persona caring an identity around. A lot of things are social constructs and we can question them. At the same time, questioning too much does too little for the practical realm. So we can make sense of the craziness of society, but then we need to pick a character and live accordingly. The one that wakes up every day and has to pick his life each time is a tired and unhappy one. This is where routines come about.
