The hard thing about hard things
The hard thing about hard things should be about aligning your heart and brain.
Life is an emotional game with different worlds to conquer.
The career world. You detach yourself from the outcome, focus on the actions you can take at each step and show up as your most confident self every day. There are several iterative jumps and swings so you can have some fun playing around.
The health world. You read about it, try different routines and habits, and learn to listen to your characters' reactions when you feed them different tools.
The social world. After awareness of who you are and what you need, you find other players to connect with (the similarity principle). Give without expectations and a lot can happen. It’s a collaborative win-win fictional situation.
The spiritual world. You practice awareness, forgiveness, acceptance and non-attachment from all things. You constantly bring yourself into the present moment. So it’s about moving around without the desire to win the game. It’s about playing.
The love world. I have read several books on how to pass the third level and I still don’t have an answer. I have just restarted the program because I’m convinced there is a shortcut on level 1 to get you to level 10, so you should be mentally strong to let go of level 3 and play levels 1 and 2 on repeat.
