On the beauty of life
I think life is beautiful because we can’t live it again. We can learn so much about ourselves and how we interact and we can even study human beings to learn the best tips and tricks to win the game. The truth is: you never win, but you can live trying. In the end, you can live without regrets. So far, the only regrets I carry are from not letting people know how I feel sooner and understanding that feelings, good or bad need to be communicated.
No one is living your own personal experience but yourself. I’ve learned that. You can improve 1% every single day, you can find systems and frameworks and you can try different things to understand what works best for you. And who. Who is so important. Who might just be the most important thing to figure out.
My experience is my own, and what I think is what I have adapted to make my own experience smoother. When I say me, I mean everyone else that opts to share their insights with the world. You can find a common ground, but it’s still a very personal journey. There is no right answer. Try it for yourself, iterate on it, try it a little harder. Repeat.
Luck? It's about being in the right place at the right time. How do you increase the surface area of opportunity? You network with intention, you audit people and you say yes more often. Then you learn storytelling. And repeat once again.
